Join us as we enjoy a multi-course dinner created by female chefs from around the country. Each Chef will create a signature course, each paired with a beer, wine, and cocktail. Join the Esophageal Cancer Action Network (ECAN) for an evening filled with all the glitz of Tinseltown. Special guest will be Bogie & Bacall’s son, Stephen Bogart, who has taped public service announcements and a film trailer to encourage early detection and raise awareness about the link between heartburn and cancer.

We are looking for Confident Curvies to join the cast! Please come out and rock your curves on January 19th at the MLK Library in DC!!! District Of Curves will feature fashion designers, fashion lines, emerging designers and boutiques! International and domestic designers are encouraged to become involved in the movement.

Register for The Terrapin and the Hare 5K Mud Run and Playworks Maryland help bring recess to 24 schools in the Maryland area! The Terrapin and the Hare Mud Run is a fun, high intensity, obstacle course run through the woods of Savage, Maryland. Starting at Terrapin Adventures, the Terrapin and the Hare will include 5 Kilometers of challenging terrain and will contain obstacles such as climbing walls, tires, webs, and, of course, mud. If you like a challenge and some food topped off with a beer from the Rams Head Tavern at the finish, then the Terrapin and the Hare is the race for you
