Fancy Cats Rescue Team provide adoption, rescue and education services by finding suitable lifetime homes for our cats, rescuing cats on death row
at local shelters and educating the public on responsible pet ownership.

The Women’s Housing Coalition celebrates its annual fundraising event, the Twilight Garden Party, in the beautiful Atrium at the Marbury Building. Guests will enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, live music, beer, wine and a signature cocktail while hearing firsthand how lives are being changed and experiencing a community committed to a better Baltimore by working with women and families.

This multi-week event is a single-elimination tournament designed to showcase some of the area's finest executive chefs and restaurants. Guests attending this exciting event will be more than just spectators, as they enjoy the unique experience of witnessing two spectacular area chefs battle it out in the prep kitchen right on the main floor. Each evening two chef teams go head-to-head to prepare an appetizer, entrée and dessert for each of three expert judges, as well as amuse bouche portions of their entrees for up to 30 audience member judges.

The Event: This Creative Black-Tie preferred event is a benefit for youth entrepreneurship.

All makes and models of iron horses welcome and if you would rather drive the horse and hounds route in your automobile you are also welcome!

All proceeds will benefit Rose of Sharon Equestrian School founded in 1998 for the sole purpose of providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to learn about and interact with horses in an authentic and supportive environment.

Crawfish for Cancer will host its second annual DC Crawfish Boil on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event, which benefits the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, will include a five hour open bar with beer, wine and specialty cocktails, and unlimited crawfish, corn and potatoes.

Attendees will enjoy a waterfront view while joining in the fight to find a cure for multiple myeloma. Three live bands will perform throughout the day, including rock cover band Turtle Recall. Other leisure activities include the popular lawn games cornhole and bocce.
