The second annual HEAT IT TO BEAT IT benefit 2.8 mile walk along the Inner Harbor Promenade will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18th with registration at 9 a.m. and the walk at 10 a.m. Other highlights include children's games, nutrition consultations, mini-massages, acupuncture, and ZUMBA! Cost is $30 per participant; children under age 12 walk for free; free t-shirt for each registered participant.
