Freshen-up your fall look with a cut for a cure! Ground Zero South Hair Salon is participating in City of Hope’s annual MidAtlantic HopeCuts fundraiser. On Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 12 – 4 p.m., the salon will be offering discounted services to support City of Hope’s efforts to cut-out cancer. Proceeds from the day will go towards City of Hope’s mission to conquer cancer, as well as other life threatening diseases including diabetes and HIV/AIDS. To commemorate her last night in the kitchen at 10 Arts Bistro and Lounge, Chef Jennifer Carroll has joined forces with 6 other award-winning chefs to create a Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner; benefiting the James Beard Foundation.

The evening will begin with passed hors d’ouevres and cocktails, where guest will mingle with all of the culinary talent. After dinner, guests will have the opportunity to meet the chefs, ask questions and get a true behind the scenes glimpse at the culinary world. It is an evening not to be missed!
