Karma Yoga is Sanskrit for “union though action”. Please join Spiral Flight for an event with the Karma Yoga Initiative, where each month we will focus on a different non-profit organization and donate all proceeds from the karma yoga class to the featured organization. After taking class taught by Anya Arax-Melnick please join us for a brief talk to learn about the featured non-profit. We will be holding karma yoga classes every second Friday of the month starting in January 2010.
