This is a light-hearted, fun practice meant to help the whole family move their bodies and connect to their spirits. Finally, there is a developmentally-rich and creative activity that you and your children can enjoy together! We’ll laugh, and move as we discover the many benefits yoga can provide to children and adults, including improved communication, reduced stress, and greater calm. Families of all varieties with children 3-14 years old welcome! Investment $35 for one adult and child and $8 per additional family member.
