Flow into Bliss with Tara Lemerise & Michelle Keel

Michelle and Tara have teamed up to offer you a lovely afternoon of invigorating flow and rejuvenating restoratives. The bliss begins with a one-hour all-levels slow flow vinyasa class with Michelle. Moving to the next level of sublime bliss with Tara. You will use blankets and other props to support you for two hours of restorative yoga. Give yourself a treat this holiday season as you experience the power of yoga to help you feel grounded, energized, and refreshed.
