The Washington Humane Society’s Fashion for Paws® Runway Show in Washington, DC launched in 2007, raising more than $2.2 million dollars for homeless animals so far and receiving a mass amount of national and regional media coverage (please find attached media clips).The Fashion for Paws® Runway Show will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the National Building Museum. Tickets are $150 per person (general), with individual table seat tickets for $250 (limited) and tables for six beginning from 3000 to $10,000 (limited number available). Sponsors and Table Buyers are invited to the private Sponsor and VIP Reception at 7:00 p.m. before the event begins at 8:00 p.m. The Fashion for Paws® Runway Show features 60 illustrious personalities as models, with many escorting fashionably dressed dogs down the runway. Designer doggie couture will be ready-to-wag spring 2013. Women’s and men’s ready-to-wear spring 2013 apparel provided exclusively by Tysons Galleria, home to the world’s most luxurious retailers.

The 2nd annual Komen Maryland Ocean City Race for the Cure 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk will be held Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Ocean City Inlet Parking Lot (807 South Atlantic Avenue; Ocean City, MD 21842). The Race Village opens @ 6:00am, warm-ups begin @ 7:15am, and the 5K course opens @ 8:00am. The Awards Ceremony will be held @ 10:00am. Breast Cancer Funds for Friends Mar. 20 at the Greene Turtle Hunt Valley Supports The Red Devils: On night two of “March Madness,” either escape the madness or embrace it on one of the Big Screens at the Greene Turtle Hunt Valley’s “Funds for Friends” event Wednesday, March 20 to benefit The Red Devils (TRD). From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the restaurant will donate 10 percent of patrons’ tabs to the breast cancer cause if receipts are put in the box by the hostess stand upon departure. Enjoy happy hour and special drink prices from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Celebrate National Donate Life Month with a fun night of cocktails, dancing and food from Philadelphia’s finest eateries at the Donors Are Heroes 11th Anniversary THE Party. The event will take place on Friday, April 26th at 8:00 PM at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.  THE Party will raise funds to help maintain public awareness programs, school summits and teaching initiatives to educate and dispel the myths surrounding becoming an organ donor and the need for life-saving, life-enhancing transplants.
