Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro is pleased to announce their first wine dinner, which will take place on June 4, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include a 4-course meal with wine pairings for each course courtesy of Oregon's Patton Valley Vineyards. Vinifera's Executive Chef, Bo Palker, and a representative from Patton Valley Vineyards will explain how the characteristics of each wine enhance the flavors of the dishes. Reservations are required for this event and can be made by calling (703) 234-3550. Tickets are priced at $85.00 per guest.
