Wine Dinner at Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro

Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro is pleased to announce their first wine dinner, which will take place on June 4, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include a 4-course meal with wine pairings for each course courtesy of Oregon's Patton Valley Vineyards. Vinifera's Executive Chef, Bo Palker, and a representative from Patton Valley Vineyards will explain how the characteristics of each wine enhance the flavors of the dishes.
