Class will be held in his private residence in McLean, Virginia and includes apron, recipes, a 5-course lunch and wine. You'll learn the techniques for making delicious Italian Tuscan dishes for your holiday parties from a master chef. Roberto will teach you all about Italy's great variety of flavors and tastes while utilizing fresh ingredients available at our local farmer and Italian markets.

Enjoy a fabulous 9-course Japanese food, wine, and limoncello tasting at Sushi Damo. The menu includes a fine selection of Chef Takashi's tuna tartare, special rolls, and other delicacies along with a variety of excellent wines to pair with each course.  Cost is $69 per person, all inclusive.
