On May 22, the Foundation for Breast & Prostate Health (FBPH) will join Optimal Sport Health Clubs (OSHC) to create an all-day fitness fundraiser, “Optimal in Motion.” FBPH and OSHC are calling all fitness buffs from Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Bucks County to put their money behind their muscles by participating in one of the many fundraising events listed below.  All proceeds will benefit the Foundation for Breast and Prostate Health in the Delaware Valley

The American Kidney Fund and the Philadelphia Department of Public Health are Pairing Up to bring Philadelphia its first-ever Kidney Action Day on Friday, May 3! The event features free kidney health screenings, healthy food samples, interactive fitness demos, local entertainment and children's activities. Kidney Action Day runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Municipal Services Building Plaza (across from City Hall). This event is free and open to all.
