Blink Pink Inc. invites you to join us while we workout for a cause! All proceeds will go to Blink Pink Inc, a non-profit breast cancer organization.

Baltimore Business women Sarita Oaks Murray and Zerita Holly-Ross, both breast cancer survivors, will host Blink Pink, an evening of jazz and old school music, food and fellowship on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the historic Tremont Hotel located at 222 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. A VIP Reception hosted by Baltimore Socialite Valerie Fraling for dignitaries, sponsors and special guests featuring complimentary Blink Pink signature cocktails will take place from 6:30–7:30 pm. Funds raised will help Blink Pink Inc.

The Bash is an evening of celebration, inspiration, music, great food, dancing and memories. It is an opportunity to applaud the efforts of Back on My Feet members, volunteers and supporters for their efforts in growing an organization that is helping people change their lives.

Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia is an internationally renowned exponent of the Bansuri or bamboo flute. His musical career has spanned over 50 years with over 100 albums released. He has collaborated with several western musicians, including John McLaughlin and Jan Gabarek, and has also composed music for a number of films. He has performed throughout the world, winning acclaim from varied audiences and fellow musicians including Yehudi Menuhin and Jean Pierre Rampal.

The Alzheimer’s Association will hold its annual Anne Arundel County Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Saturday, October 20, 2012.

Living Classrooms’ fifth annual fundraiser on the DC waterfront. A Night at The Yards will feature food and beverages catered by over 30 area restaurants, live music by LA-based Latin-Afro-funk-soul band Orgone, and a casual-festive waterfront ambiance. Living Classrooms will also honor DC area “Rising Stars” as young philanthropists on this evening. A Night at The Yards will raise critical funds for Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region hands-on education programming.
