The Life and Breath Foundation will present this resort casual fundraiser, which is regarded as “Baltimore’s Best Football Party and More!”

Benefitting Abilities Network, Walkabout Abilities is a fun, inspiring, community fundraiser that brings individuals, families and the community together to support Marylanders with disabilities.

Following a 2-mile walk around the Goucher College campus, participants can sample refreshments including Baskin & Robbins ice cream sundaes, courtesy of The Coleman Family and Baskin Robbins. The day also will include DJ entertainment, an appearance by Baltimore Ravens Mascot Poe, face painting, art activities, moonbounce and additional fun for all ages.

Join Parx Casino® & Parx Racing® at their second annual Octoberfest 5K Run to benefit the Foundation for Breast and Prostate Health (FBPH). Run on the legendary Pennsylvania racetrack on Saturday, October 12, 2013 for a truly meaningful cause.

BCO opens its fifth season with Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore (The Elixir of Love), a comic tale of the dangers of placing your trust in magic potions to win someone's heart.  BCO favorites William Davenport and Sharin Apostolou return to dazzle audiences as young peasant Nemorino and the object of his affection, the fickle Adina.  Hilarity ensues as Adina is pursued by another suitor, and Nemorino seeks the help of the untrustworthy Dr. Dulcamara to get his way through whatever means necessary.
