Winter Fancy Food Show 2019 Educational Program Schedule

Primary tabs

The Specialty Food Association, a thriving community of food artisans, importers and entrepreneurs, will present their Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, CA from January 13-15, 2019. In addition to 1,400+ exhibitors, the show will feature multiple educational sessions and special events. Established in 1952 in New York, the not-for-profit trade association provides its 3,800 members in the U.S. and abroad with resources, knowledge and connections to champion and nurture their companies in an always-evolving marketplace. The Association owns and produces the Winter and Summer Fancy Food Shows, and presents the sofi™ Awards honoring excellence in specialty food.

Phil Kafarakis, president, Specialty Food Association states, “Our Winter Show is an established gathering place for specialty food producers, buyers and distributors. They attend primarily to conduct business and build contacts, but the Fancy Food Shows are increasingly seen as places to also hear extraordinary thought-leaders share insights about the food business... Attendees may take advantage of opportunities to review recent consumer research, take a deep dive into food trends, or hear about the latest business practices."
