City Tap House, the craft beer-focused restaurant located at 901 9th Street, NW, 20001, is pleased to host a special brunch with Kris Kringle on Sunday, December 14th from 11 AM to 3 PM. Families will have the opportunity to enjoy a la carte dishes from Culinary Director Brian Cooke’s seasonal brunch menu after taking their selfies with Santa Claus. Prices range from $6 to $26, but children under 10 are complimentary.

Have breakfast with Santa & Mrs. Claus before they take off for the big night. Ticket price is $10 per child (age 0-12) and $15 per person (age 13+) and includes a continental breakfast, visit with Santa and the Missus and tax. All attending require tickets. Children 13 and older require an adult ticket. We limit the number of children per seating so that every child has an opportunity to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at USPH at 1:00pm to visit with all good children. Storytelling (and a few magic tricks) begin at 4pm, and, at 5:30pm, Santa will lead a sidewalk parade, playing his bagpipes, up to the Christmas Tree lighting in Market Square. Join Santa and Mrs. Claus for all the fun! Bring your cameras!!! No tickets are required. Cocoa, coffee & cookies will be available for purchase. Full menu will also be available for those wishing to dine.

Acclaimed restaurateur James Alefantis is hosting a special dinner at Buck’s Fishing & Camping with Politics & Prose Bookstore for celebrated New York chef and author Gabrielle Hamilton. Dinner will be created by guest chef Amy Brandwein of upcoming restaurant Centrolina.  Brandwein’s featured dinner menu for this special evening is inspired by recipes from Prune, as well as Hamilton’s time in Puglia, Italy.
