José Andrés and his team, led by Head Chef Michael Costa, announce a special two-week promotion celebrating the grape, with grape-inspired dishes and cocktails through exciting events and menu specials priced between $8.50 and $18. Guests are invited to enjoy two evenings of complimentary wine tastings, a five-course wine dinner featuring special dishes and perfectly paired wines, and unique opportunities to taste exceptional wine. Zaytinya will offer half pours of wines by the glass, giving guests a great opportunity to explore the restaurant’s extensive wine list.

Johnny’s Half Shell is hosting a Blue Crab Summit on Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22 from 5-10 PM. James Beard award-winning Executive Chef Ann Cashion invites guests to enjoy five large St. Michael’s Maryland Blue Crabs prepared in a time-honored East Texas tradition, barbequed “Sartin’s Style”, and served with fresh, local corn on the cob, potato salad, as well as a choice of either an ice cold pitcher of beer or two glasses of rosé wine. A full cash bar will be available and additional plates of 2.5 crabs will be sold for $15 and extra sides are priced at $1 each.

Chestnut fans have only a few months to wait as Executive Chef/Owner Domenico Cornacchia of the authentic Italian neighborhood favorites Assaggi Osteria and Assaggi Mozzarella Bar and the French oasis, Bistro Vivant with Restaurant Partner Aykan Demiroglu, are excited to celebrate their seasonal return.  The three restaurants will feature three weeks of special chestnut dishes from October 7th through October 29th.  The festive menu items will be available a la carte and offered during both lunch and dinner service.
