International House Philadelphia presents the After-Party for the 54th Global Gala: Korea on Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 9:00pm to 2:00am, at 37th and Chestnut streets. Tickets are only $50.00 each to benefit International House Philadelphia, and include open bar, desserts, entertainment, dancing and late-night karaoke. Performers will include Jungwoong Kim, WHITE WAVE Young Soon Kim Dance Company, Cho Young Ahn & Yu Rang Han, DJ CHOPS, and TAKII World Tour. Black tie or traditional dress encouraged.

Come out and PLAY!  PLAY Manayunk, held at the brand-new Venice Island Performing Arts & Recreation Center, is a celebration of all things recreation, fitness, and fun in Manayunk.  Start off your day right with the Manayunk Mile, a 1-mile fun run right along Main Street starting at 8 am.  At the end of the race, make your way down to the Venice Island amphitheater for the official start of PLAY Manayunk.  Come dressed in your workout best and take part in a Guinness World Record sit-up challenge at 1 pm or our many outdoor recreation activities, including a mini-triathlon, nature walks

Champps in Marlton is teaming up with The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter to support the ALS patient care and research.  Champps, located at 25 Route 73 South, will host a celebration to benefit The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter on Thursday, April 30, 2015.
