Nick's Roast Beef Bar and Grille in Old City (16 S. 2nd St) is throwing their first-ever Cinco De Mayo Party. Get ready for a night to remember with a visit from "The Most Interesting Man in the World" plus giveaways, food/drink specials and menu additions. Drink specials include $3 pints dos Equis lager, $4 bottles dos Equis amber ale, $4 bottles Sol, $5 margaritas and tequila shots (cazadores tequila). Food Specials include $2 tacos (chicken or beef), $3 chips and house-made salsa, $5 nachos and $5 chicken taquitos. Finish off with Churros and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake!

Taproom on 19th (2400 S 19th St) will host a Barbacoa Pop-up and Sixpoint Tap Takeover for Cinco de Mayo. Chef Martinez and Ben Miller from South Philly Barbacoa return for their third appearance at Taproom on 19th with slow-cooked lamb and pancita steamed in maguey leaves with fresh tortillas, consomme and salsas for $3 each. Sixpoint will pour Abigale, Crisp, Resin, Sweet Action and Bengali. Other specials will include $2 Tecate cans, $5 Margaritas and $7 Tequila por mi Amante (made with tequila that was house-infused with strawberries for 30 days, with added guava and lime).
