The Prisoner Wine Dinner at Chez Ben

On Thursday, October 11th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, join Chez Ben and The Prisoner Wine Company for an exquisite wine pairing. The first course will feature Seared Sea Scallops with Eggplant, paired with The Snitch Chardonnay. The second course will feature a Duck Confit Spring roll paired with Thorn Merlot, and the third course will  feature Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin paired with Cuttings Cabernet Sauvignon.
