Comer covers Fort Mill, Lexington. Columbia, Rock Hill, and throuoghout Central South Carolina.  RavenBeer is negotiating with another Coors/Miller house, Lee Distributors, to cover the Charleston region.

“We are thrilled to be back again in the Palmetto State full of craft beer aficionados,” states, RavenBeer founder, Stephen Demczuk.

“Comer Distributing is very excited and proud to have RavenBeer in South Carolina so our consumers can taste and understand why so many are in search of the brands.  The brand launch went great and beer lovers were pleasantly surprised at their first taste of Raven brands!  Everyone at Raven should be very proud of what you have so graciously shared with our state,” exclaims Comer Distributing, President, Chip Comer.

Established in 1998, RavenBeer currently brews 6 different beer brands in multiple styles. Their most popular brands are Annabel Lee White, Tell Tale Heart IPA and The Raven Special Lager. Current distribution is in MD/VA/DC/PA/DE/SoCal/SC.

Founded by Stephen Demczuk, The Raven was brewed in honor of the great American writer, Edgar Allan Poe, who, through his pen, eloquently expressed himself like no other. Through his exquisite poems, short stories and criticisms, Poe captured the imagination of the world. The Raven is brewed in Baltimore, the home of Poe, in honor of this classic poem. A master of the macabre, Poe is captured in the RavenBeers

From 1843-1848, he wrote 'The Tell-Tale Heart', 'The Black Cat', 'The Pit and the Pendulum' and the prize winning 'The Gold Bug'. In 1845, Poe published 'Tales' and 'The Raven' and 'Annabel Lee', published 2 days after his death on Oct. 9, 1849. The strain of business failures and the tragic death of his wife from consumption led to a nervous breakdown and to his early death in Baltimore on October 7, 1849.
