Founded by Chris and Christina Haber of Doyletown, Pennsylvania, The Bacon Jams spread is a mixture of bacon, brown sugar, onions and a lot of love. No need to refrigerate until opened, made with no preservatives.
There are three flavors to date:

Red Chile & Garlic
Each retails for about $15. View the collection here. I first learned about the product from Cheese Galore & More Cheese Shop in Baltimore's famed, Cross Street Market.
