Stout Bowl at U-Bahn (1320 Chestnut) features 14 over-the-top stouts, plus a Tröegs firkin. Simultaneously, U-Bahn’s above-ground sister bar will run Sour Bowl II, a full 32-tap takeover at BRÜ Craft & Wurst that features 28 sours, plus four IPAs, including Pliny the Elder.
