Come unwind from the week with Gospel Yoga, part of Let's Move Day 2015 activities! A certified yoga instructor will lead the class as inspirational music calms you and lifts your spirit. Whether you're new to yoga or have years of yoga experience, this class will have something for everyone. Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel. Come try Gospel Yoga. You will love it!
