TRICK OR TREAT?! Do you need HALLOWEEN Costumes for your children? Come join the TC Wallace Foundation at ITS FREE COSTUME GIVE-AWAY! “Trick or Treat Night” will be held on October 29th from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM at the R.I.S.E Demonstration Center at 2730 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE, Washington, D.C. and is free to all who dare to attend!
Sponsored by Behind It All, Disney Stores, Gap, R.I.S.E Demonstration Center, and Keynettions…We have TONS of Costumes and accessories available free of charge! We even have new toys and clothes (TRICKS) in case we run out of costumes (TREATS)! Children may keep their costume and can enjoy wearing them while trick-or-treating on Halloween!
Please note: One item per child. Child must be in attendance to select costume, toy, or clothing item. Numbered Tickets will be provided upon arrival. Entry to give away will proceed in ticket order. Income verification is not needed. Behind It All relies on the honesty of those who attend.
