Buck’s Fishing & Camping Restaurant and Politics & Prose Host A Special Dinner with Aglaia Kremezi Featuring Recipes from Her New Cookbook: Mediterranean Vegetarian Feasts

On Sunday, October 26, 2014, renowned American author/journalist Joan Nathan and acclaimed restaurateur James Alefantis are hosting a special dinner at Buck’s Fishing & Camping with Politics & Prose Bookstore, for visiting cookbook author Aglaia Kremezi from the Greek island of Kea. She is in the nation’s capital for the launch of her new book Mediterranean Vegetarian Feasts. Guests will dine on dishes featured in Kremezi’s new cookbook, created by guest chef Alexander Zeppos. The dinner menu will be paired with Greek wines from Importer Sotiris Bafitis of Oenos Import & Distribution. Featured wines will available for order at the event and afterwards through MacArthur Beverages, and copies of Mediterranean Vegetarian Feasts can be purchased for autographing at the dinner. Tickets for this wine dinner/meet the author experience are priced at $90, including tax and gratuity.
