Ruth's Chris Steak House is the largest upscale steak house company in the world, with nearly 140 restaurant locations around the globe. Founded in New Orleans, Louisiana USA by Ruth Fertel in 1965, Ruth's Chris specializes in USDA Prime grade steaks served in Ruth's Chris signature fashion ... "sizzling."

For 170 years, Penfolds has cultivated a reputation on winemaking excellence; achieved through a unique alchemy of distinguished vineyards and viticultural caretakers, exceptional winemaking resources and a rich history of outstanding winemakers. These master craftsmen and women have served as silent custodians of the Penfolds stable, an Australian tradition steeped in wine lore and the spirit of generosity. As well as honoring traditional winemaking values, Penfolds cultivates a spirit of experimentation and innovation, as evidenced from secret 'bottlings' such as Grange in 1951.

"This year, we are thrilled to partner with Ruth's Chris Steak House to showcase these wines immediately after release and to have Ruth's Chris guests be among the first in the United States to try a new wine from the Penfolds family; our 2012 Bin 9 Cabernet Sauvignon," said Peter Gago, Penfolds Chief Winemaker.
