Wine Dinner at Citron and Rose

Citron and Rose and Joe Hurliman of award-winning Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard, CA will be hosting a collaborative wine dinner this month. With his premium and unique blends, Hurliman will be working with Citron and Rose’s new Executive Chef Karen Nicolas to curate an inventive five course menu with tailored wine pairing for a one night only dining experience on Wednesday, July 24. During this premiere event, Hurliman will be on hand leading a discussion about the art of winemaking and what it means to him as well as providing key notes on how to shop for quality wines, pairing instructions, and tasting tutorials.
