Toast with the Queen: Reception and Fundraiser

Please join us for hor d’ oeuvres and a toast of well wishes to Mrs. DC America 2013. She will soon head off to compete for the title of Mrs. America in Tucson, Arizona.  Come and mingle with DC socialites and network with business owners all while raising money for the non-profit, Luke's Wings.
