Birrotecca in Baltimore's Hampden-Woodberry area, serves organic, artisinal small Italian plates, like pizzas, salads, meaballs, cheeses, pastas, under supervision of Food & Wine Winner, Chef Robbin Haas and Cyrus Keefer. The  Bar Manager who is adept in the world of Craft Beer's title might be more appropriately called, Beer Geek. Twenty-four beers -/-to be poured as this is a Beer-oteca, not a Vino-teca. Plates are made to be shared and atmosphere is inviting, warm, unpretentious and hip.

 

Chef Robbin is no stranger to the culinary world. In 1994, he Won Best New Chef at: Colony Bistro, Miami. He has worked as a top Chef in the Phillips Restaurant group and with his own restaurant consulting business.
