Bistro Vivant, known for its authentic French cuisine, hosts a special evening with Eric Bonnet, wine maker and proprietor of DOMAINE La BASTIDE SAiNT DOMiNiQUE, located in the Rhone region of France. On Tuesday, February 19th, beginning with a reception at 6:30 p.m., Bonnet will present his award winning wines, known for their high quality and value, followed by a sit down dinner at 7:00 p.m. Priced at $75 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a five-course tasting menu, prepared by Owner/Executive Chef Domenico Cornacchia, paired with the Domaine’s highly rated releases including Picpoul, Pays de Méditerranée 2010; Chateauneuf du Pape 'Andreas' 2011; Lirac 'Reserve Saint Dominique' 2009; Vacqueyras 'Reserve Saint Dominique' 2010; Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Les Hespérides' 2007, as well at the Hermitage 'Reserve Saint-Dominique' 2004 & 2005.
