SCHEDULE: Catoctin Creek Distillation Workshop from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Join us for an educational seminar teaching the fundamentals of operating a craft distillery – mashing, fermentation, distillation, storage, bottling and sensory tasting. The workshop, led by Scott Harris, owner of Catoctin Creek Distilling Company, Northern Virginia’s first distillery since prohibition, will cover the art and science of distillation.
To complement each of the three tastings, Park Hyatt Washington & Blue Duck Tavern Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault will prepare small plates celebrating the rich flavors of the winter season. Tickets are priced at $55 per person, all inclusive, and seating is limited to 20 guests.
