The time-honored Howard County holiday tradition, Symphony of Lights, has baby fever! Blinkin' Binkies is back by popular demand on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 4:30–5:45 p.m., with the last admission at 5:15 p.m. Families can celebrate the season with a leisurely 1.4-mile stroll through the dazzling light displays. Children in strollers and wagons are welcome.

Symphony of Lights is a family-oriented 20-minute drive-through display of more than 70 larger-than-life animated and stationary holiday light creations, made up of 250,000 bulbs. Visitors of all ages will be dazzled by the fantasy of color, design and animation as they take a scenic drive in the comfort of their vehicles through a series of grand illuminated displays set against a natural wooded backdrop.
The display, located in the Symphony Woods off Broken Land Parkway in Columbia, opens nightly from 6–10 p.m. for drive-throughs. The show runs from Nov. 19 through Jan. 6, 2013. Private walk-throughs are also available for groups.

Symphony of Lights is a fundraising event for Howard County General Hospital, with proceeds during the past 18 years totaling more than $1 million.
