Guests are invited to celebrate and gather as Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault and Chef de Cuisine John Melfi artfully prepare holiday dishes that reflect the all-American spirit of Blue Duck Tavern.
On Thursday, November 22, this award-winning restaurant will offer a three-course ‘lunch into dinner’ service from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. The experience begins with an array of starters set throughout the inviting open kitchen, including salads, breads, artisan cheeses and meats, followed by a choice of plated entrées and side dishes showcasing produce from regional farms. Seasonal desserts, created by Pastry Chef Peter Brett and his team, on display in the Pastry Pantry, complete the Thanksgiving feast.
