The featured cheeses are selected from around the world and include the following: Brie (France); Bocconcini (Latina); Drunken Goat (Spain); Ubriaco del Piave (Veneto, Italy); Cambozola (Germany); Pecorino Toscano (Tuscany); Aged Gouda (Holland); Gruyere (Switzerland); Provolone (Lombardia); Rosemary Havarti (Denmark); Manchego (Spain); Rogue Sharp Cheddar (California) and more. The wine is provided from Siema Wine Imports, highlighting international wines from Austria, Italy, Spain, Oregon, California, Michigan, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, Idaho, Argentina, Hawaii and Washington State.
