FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT All Ages Level 3 (Under 21 accompanied and over 21) is for families, friends and loved ones who can all come together for a night of New Year’s Eve revelry complete with DJs, dancing and yes…movies, too! There’s so much to see, so much to do, words can barely begin to describe it!  FOR FAMILIES & GUESTS 13 AND UP: Welcome to the fun zone! Come together for an extraordinary, super fun night without a hefty price.  Admission to this party level grants you the opportunity to celebrate in fabulous PG13 fashion!

• Rock out on the dance floor as a live DJ spins sets of dance, hip hop, Top40, mash-ups and rock all night long!  
• Challenge yourself with full-throttle games at the theater’s arcade center (purchase as you play)
• As the clock strikes midnight, celebrate with a live NYE countdown with festive NYE party favors.
• Did we mention viewings of various PG13 movies inside the theaters on this level  (included in ticket price)!
• MOVIE LINE-UP will be announced at a later date. The IMAX theater will be closed during the entire event.
• This will be a 100% alcohol-free zone at all times for all guests regardless of age
• Concession stands will be open offering movie-time favorites and fountain drinks for purchase. 
• Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult 25+ present on this level during the entire event
• The patio on this floor will NOT grant you a view of the Ball Drop

OPEN BAR GALA (Levels 4 & 5): FOR ADULTS Only 21 & Over seeking a high energy, over the top, fist pumping good time…welcome to the Open Bar Party….a surprise twist in velvet-rope nightlife that will make you forget you’re in a grand luxe movie theater! For this night only the theater rocks like a super-club with premium open bar service, world renowned DJ spinning an open format set of: hip–hop, dance, rock, 80s and top 40. Ultra VIP & Platinum table and bottle service packages available. And it doesn't stop there … yes, movies too!

Party people, get ready for one hot celebration including:

• 7 hour premium open bar
• A live DJ spinning sets of dance, Top 40, hip hop, 80’s and rock with two dance areas

• Absolutely no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on either floor
• Open Bar ticket holders will NOT have access to the terraces with the Live Ball Drop over Times Square
• In order to view the Ball Drop live, you must be a "Premier Terrace Live Ball Drop" or "Best View of the Ball Drop Live" ticket holder (see below for details)

Top Of The World (Level 6) is the VIP Room for the Open Bar event. Only "Top of the World", "Premier Terrace" and "Best View of the Ball Drop Live" ticketholders will be granted access to this level.

• Step out of the hotness of AMC into Manhattan’s brisk New Year’s Eve air onto a terrace on either the "Premier Terrace" or "Best View of the Ball Drop" levels
• Capture the most exciting moment of the night with spectacular views of the crowds of revelers below and best of all, the world famous Waterford crystal Time Square Ball Drop along with the live countdown to 2012!
• Terraces are reserved strictly for “Premier Terrace Live Ball Drop VIP" or 'Best View of the Ball Drop Live VIP” ticket holders only.
• The "Premier Terrace" is the 5th floor
• "Best View of the Ball Drop Live" terrace is on the 6th floor
• Location on either terrace is on a first come basis and is standing room only.
• From 5 or 6 stories in the air, viewing the Waterford Crystal Ball down 42nd Street will never have looked so dazzling and bright! It feels like you could almost touch it so set your sights on the hottest ticket of 2012 at AMC Times Square and be the star of your night!
