Rodney Strong Wine Dinner

Caffe Aldo Lamberti will host a Rodney Strong Wine Dinner with Special Guest, Tom Klein, Vintner at Rodney Strong, on Wednesday, October 26th at 6:30pm. Dinner is 4 courses, each paired with a complementing wine, plus dessert and costs $85 per guest (plus tax & gratuity).

Menu includes Fennel Soup with Puffed Wild Rice paired with “Charlotte’s Home” Sauvignon Blanc 2009; Roasted Catch of the Day with Salsify and Ceci Ceci Salad paired with Reserve Chardonnay 2008; Pan Seared “Maple Leaf Farm” Duck Breast with Pinot Noir Poached Apples and Mascarpone Potato Fonduta paired with Russian River Pinot Noir 2009; Braised Boneless Lamb Shank Over a Traditional Slow Cooked Soft Polenta paired with Alexander Valley Symmetry Red Meritage 2007 and “Rockaway” Single Vineyard Cabernet 2006 and for dessert, Homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake.
