Art with a Heart (AWAH), the Baltimore-based non-profit organization that strives to enhance the lives of people in need through visual art, will be celebrating the first anniversary of their retail outlet and service learning venue, HeARTwares. Located in Hampden at 3512 Keswick Rd., HeARTwares features a wide variety of hand-made and one-of-a-kind artwork, jewelry, house ware items, garden ornaments and assorted gifts.
Rock, Paper, Scissors: Celebrating HeARTwares First Anniversary. Join us on Friday, Dec. 2nd, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 3rd, from noon to 6 p.m. HeARTwares invites you to ROCK the night away listening to music, bring your PAPER to purchase meaningful gifts, and get crafty with SCISSORS on a community art project. Guests will enjoy live performances from local musicians, Greta Thomas, Justin Armstrong, and Set Sail Joseph. Light refreshments will be served.
