Opus One Wine Dinner

Caffe Aldo Lamberti will host the always popular Opus One Wine Dinner with Special Guest, France Posener, Opus One Eastern Regional Marketing Director, on Tuesday, October 4th, 2011 at 6:30pm. Dinner is 4 courses, plus dessert, each paired with a complementing wine and costs $130 per guest (plus tax & gratuity).

Menu includes Grouper Carpaccio with Caviar paired with Domaine Ste Michelle Brut, Wild Alaskan King Crab paired with Mondavi Fume Blanc 2008, Homemade Short Rib Ravioli paired with Opus 2006, Colorado Rack of Lamb with Baby Bok Choy paired with Opus 2008 and for dessert, Homemade Chocolate Covered Biscotti with Espresso or Cappuccino.
