Join Davio's Philadelphia for a Four Course Gluten Free Beer Dinner

WHAT: Join Davio's, Philadelphia's favorite Northern Italian Steakhouse, for an evening of creative culinary creations paired with gluten free beer selections in partnership with Gluten Free Philly, Philadelphia’s guide to the Gluten Free community.

On Tuesday, October 11th, 2011 at 6:00pm to 9:00pm, guests will be treated to a four-course dinner of seasonally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef David Boyle of Davio's and perfectly paired gluten free beer selections presented by Magners and Redbridge, including items such as: Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops with Pistachio Risotto and a Cider Vinegar Reduction and Braised New Zealand Lamb Shank with New Potato, Roasted Pumpkin and Natural Thyme Jus (please see full menu with beer selections below).

The dinner will allow guests to taste and enjoy some unexpected gluten free beer varieties while sampling some gluten free culinary creations. Davio’s Philadelphia also offers an extensive Gluten Free menu available everyday for lunch and dinner.
