Celebrity Chef Tour dinner series, benefiting the James Beard Foundation, will feature 13 of Washington’s best chefs and mixologists. This dizzying array of talent will create and evening not to be forgotten, hosted by
Wolfgang Puck’s The Source on August 16th.

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception in The Source’s lounge and will feature concoctions from the area’s top mixologists, including Adam Bernbach, Derek Brown, Todd Thrasher and Chantal Tseng. To complement these cocktails chef Mike Isabella of Graffiato, chef Haidar Karoum of Proof/Estadio and chef Adam Sobel of Bourbon Steak will create an array of appetizers.

Guests will then be treated to an extravagant six-course menu prepared by chef Cathal Armstrong of Restaurant Eve, chef Patrick O’Connell of The Inn at Little Washington, chef Bryan Voltaggio of Volt, chef Scott Drewno of The Source, chef Victor Albisu of BLT Steak and chef Tiffany MacIsaa of Birch & Bailey. Each course will be complemented with a wine or beer pairing. Following dinner, guests will have the opportunity to meet the chefs, asks questions and gain a behind the scenes glimpse into the culinary world. It is an evening not to be missed.

Since 2004, the Celebrity Chef Tour has been recreating the “once-in-a-lifetime” experience of dining at the historic James Beard House in New York City, by featuring the nation’s greatest culinary talent in markets across the country. Attending this event goes well beyond an amazing evening of wine and food. The Celebrity Chef Tour benefits the James Beard Foundation, whose mission is to “celebrate, preserve and nurture America’s culinary heritage and diversity…” To date, the Celebrity Chef Tour has raised over $850k for the James Beard Foundation.
