Lacroix, the acclaimed restaurant at the Rittenhouse Hotel, brings the farm to the table at the Green Meadow Dinner on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. This unique La Serre dinner will feature locally and sustainably grown foods from Green Meadow Farm complimented by fine wines. Join Executive Chef Jon Cichon, Sommelier Eric Simonis and Glenn and Ian Brendle of Green Meadow Farm for this dining experience.

For $95 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) guests will experience a delectable four-course meal, paired expertly with a variety of exquisite wines.
-Beef Tartare with Heirloom Tomatoes and Japanese Eggplant, paired with Fronton Rosé, Château Bellevue Laforêt, South Western France, 2010.
-Coddled Egg and Summer Succotash paired with Riesling Auslese, Kreuznacher Krötenpfuhl, Paul Anheuser, Nahe, Germany, 2005.
-Pork Loin and Belly with Cherry, Haricot Vert, and Cippolini Onion paired with Faugères, Saint Antonin, « Les Jardins » Languedoc-Roussillon, France, 2009.
-Goat Milk Ice Cream with Wild Blackberries will be paired with Moscato d’Asti, Luccio, Piedmont, Italy, NV.
