Join The Wine School of Philadelphia & Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse for an evening of Italian Wine Education and Culinary Tastings!
On Wednesday, July 20th, 2011, enjoy an evening of wine education at The Wine School of Philadelphia followed by a four course tour around Northern Italy with dinner at Davio’s Philadelphia. The Moveable Feast will begin at 6:00PM at The Wine School of Philadelphia where Founder Keith Wallace will guide guests through a hand-picked selection of Northern Italian wines.
The Moveable Feast will continue with dinner at Davio's, Philadelphia's favorite Northern Italian Steakhouse, for an evening of perfectly paired culinary tastings prepared by Executive Chef David Boyle. The carefully selected menu items will include: Braised Beef Short Ribs, Sweet Corn Polenta and Heirloom Tomato salad (please see full menu below).

Second Course: Heirloom Tomato Salad, Garlic Croutons, Aged Balsamic

Fourth Course: Blue Berry Cheese Cake
*Please note that there is a short walk from the wine school to the restaurant.
