From July 17-July 23, the South Jersey Independent Restaurant Association, most commonly known as SJ Hot Chefs will host the 5th Annual Farm to Fork Week, a tribute to local farmers! Over 30 participating restaurants will create four-course menus, ranging from $25-$35, featuring the finest locally grown produce and ingredients. Dozens of local farms will participate by providing the freshest, most flavorful fruits, produce and meats available. Farm to Fork Week supports local farms and showcases the high quality of South Jersey produce.
