Villa Calcinaia Wine Dinner

Join Davio's, Philadelphia's favorite Northern Italian Steakhouse, for an evening of Tuscan wine and culinary enchantment featuring the exclusive wines of Villa Calcinaia, the world-renowned, award-winning winery located in the heart of Tuscany, as they are presented by special guest and host of the evening, Count Sebastiano Capponi, the 20th generation of the Capponi family to run the prominent 200-hectare estate of Villa Calcinaia.

On Wednesday, March 9th, 2011 at 6:30pm, guests will be treated to a four-course dinner of regionally inspired foods prepared byExecutive Chef David Boyle of Davio's and perfectly paired wines presented by Count Sebastiano Capponi himself, including items such as: Chicken Liver Mousse paired with Villa Calcinaia Comitale, Duck Bolognese and Papardelle Pasta paired with Piegaia Chianti Classico Reserva (please see full menu below).
