Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro invites couples to enjoy a candle-lit evening for two as Executive Chef Bo Palker serves a dinner full of aphrodisiacs from Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14. Upon arrival, guests will receive a fresh-cut, long-stem red rose and amuse-bouche, followed by an indulgent four course meal.
The special prix-fixe menu starts at $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and includes dishes like Braised Veal Sweetbreads Madeira on arugula and fennel salad; Butter Roasted Shelled Maine Lobster with white haven broth and creamy pea risotto; Olive Oil Poached Black Cod with truffle gnocchi and tarragon infused oil; and a Dessert Sampler with hazelnut crunch tort, white chocolate mousse bombe, chocolate Opus One and dark chocolate “Simplicity” ice cream. For an additional $40 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, diners can have each course paired with wine flights specially chosen by Sommelier Jason Meringolo.
