The 11th Annual RAMEF car raffle is here! Only 325 tickets are sold in this one-of-a-kind raffle to benefit ProStart, Maryland's hospitality school-to-career program. First prize is a 2011 Audi A3 or $25,000 cash (winner's choice), second prize is $10,000 cash and third prize is $5,000 cash. But every ticket is a winner, because when you buy a $300 ticket, you automatically receive $300 in gift certificates to popular Maryland restaurants! All ticket buyers receive a $25 gift certificate to EACH of the following restaurants:
