Attention Upper East Siders: It's Halloween in the city and no one loves a good charade more than Gossip Girl. Join us for a very special edition of The Gossip Girl Sites Tour, complete with costume contest. Come dressed as your favorite Gossip Girl character and vie for your chance to win some Halloween Goodies from Dylan's Candy Bar. The Costume Contest will be held from 1:30pm-2:00pm, at which point the tour bus will depart. On board, in addition to over 40 locations from the hit show, you'll also see the home with the best Halloween decorations on the Upper East Side (as a bonus: it's also home to one of your favorite Gossip Girl characters!)
