Armani Ristorante Wine Dinner

On November 2, Armani /Ristorante will offer a 5 course dinner paired with the wines of Tuscan producer Testamatta. Bibi Graetz of Testamatta will be on hand to discuss his wines with diners.

Bibi Graetz is one of the emerging producers in Tuscany. His Testamatta estate is located near Florence, near Fiesole in the Castello di Vincigliata region. The charismatic Bibi is headstrong (hence the name Testamatta) and is also a gifted artist who comes from a family of artists and sculptors. Wine Spectator has honored the Bibi Graetz Testamatta 2006 with a 98 point score, a top scoring Tuscan wine for the year.
