Restoring Truthiness One Meal at a Time

Jon Stewart of the Daily Show and Stephen Colbert of the The Colbert Report on Comedy Central are hosting the ‘Rally To Restore Sanity’ vs. ‘March To Keep Fear Alive’ on the National Mall on Saturday October 30th, 2010 from noon to 3PM.
Bars and restaurants in the DC area will participate in “Restore Truthiness to the Classroom” and become sites for Rally after parties in support of DonorsChoose.org (www.donorschoose.org), a charity that directly supports classrooms and teachers across America. They have raised over $300,000, so far but need your help to hit the goal of $500,000 mark to reach 1,000 underserved classrooms in the country.

Perrys will offer a 3 course prefixed menu for $30 per guest and with a glass of select wine for $35 per guest not including tax and gratuity and donate a portion of the proceeds to DonorsChoose.org
